Where and How AI: 3 Examples of Practical AI Implementation
For the past year, I've been hosting Practical AI workshops for dozens of businesses and organizations, speaking to audiences of over 300 people.
Now, my team and I want to create the most prestigious and practical AI growth community in the world: the WHY AI Partner System.
This 3-part course is designed for those who want to take advantage of AI and understand WHERE and HOW to implement it in 3 different domains: writing, sales, and email.
Let's dive in!
Content
Here's what will be covered:
Part 1: How to make AI-generated text sound more human?
Part 2: How to craft a irresistible value proposition?
Part 3: How to set up an AI assistant for email ?
PART 1: HOW TO MAKE AI-GENERATED TEXT SOUND MORE HUMAN?
When ChatGPT arrived in late 2022, the world changed. The tool was responsible for a revolution, resulting in an outbreak of AI content.
We all generate text with AI: for emails, social media content, presentations and strategies, and much more. However, how do we do it professionally?
THE PROBLEM:
When users try AI tools for the first time, they are excited: "I've finally got it - I'll never have to worry about creating new content again!"
...And as a result, we end up with a clichéd text with full of:
"I'm thrilled to announce";
"In the digital landscape/era...";
"It's not only about...; it's about";
"Unsung hero"
and many more.
If you want to see more examples, just open LinkedIn and scroll through the first 10 posts. Chances are good that the AI-generated content light bulb will go off without much effort.
Templates. Exaggerations. Repetition.
If we rely on and use ChatGPT content without any preparation (or without using the right prompts) we will get boring content. We should not think that we are the only clever ones who can ask ChatGPT to do the work for us.
However, using AI in incorrectly means that others will immediately notice that we didn't do the work ourselves, which interferes with the perceived value of our message and reduces our credibility and professionalism.
How would you rate someone who generated their service or product value proposition with ChatGPT in 5 minutes?
And yeah.
Don't think that I'm discouraging the use of AI or spending too much time generating content.
No, I'm just suggesting that you learn how to do it.
That's what this guide is about.
How can I make AI-generated text sound more human?
There are many solutions to the same problem when working with AI. We can use prompts, create AI assistants, or automation systems. As a result, there is no one right way, but many variations.
Here are a few ways you can create quality content and not fall under the radar of real or perceived AI-generated content:
1/ Upgrade Your Prompts With Restrictions
Language models are trained to follow a structure, but are unable to break out of it. This leads to repetitions and patterns in the resulting texts.
To avoid this, it is advisable to include constraints on the model in each prompt to make it sound more human:
  1. Change the length of the sentences. Texts sound natural when they are made up of long and short sentences.
  1. Write simply. Ask a language model to write with a 6th grade vocabulary. (This will help to avoid exaggerated language).
  1. Avoid clichéd metaphors. Ask the model not to use clichéd and complicated phrases in the answer.
  1. Shorten the introduction. LLMs tend to artificially lengthen the introduction of a text. Therefore, clearly define the length of the introduction, e.g. 3 sentences or less.
  1. Avoid repetition. Speech patterns tend to repeat their statements over and over again. To make the text less robotic, tell LLMs not to repeat statements and to express their ideas only in an original way.
We can summarize all these tips into a simple template for your prompt:

Write me X text. When you submit your answer, keep the following limitations in mind:
  1. Answer by changing the length of the sentences.
  1. Write using sixth-grade vocabulary.
  1. Replace all clichéd phrases with common language.
  1. The introduction should be 3 sentences or less.
  1. Do not artificially repeat what has already been said and avoid repetition.
2/ Ask the AI To Evaluate Your Work Done
I keep saying: the best expert in Prompt Engineering is ChatGPT itself. That's why we need to make the most of it by "humanizing" the content.
The Lever technique will help us to do this. Its principle is simple:
  1. We generate text with AI.
  1. We ask ChatGPT to rate the text on a scale from 1 to 10.
  1. We request a rewrite in a more creative or, on the contrary, formal style.
Lever technique prompt:

On a scale of 1-10.
If 1 is a very robotic, ChatGPT sounding text.
And 10 is a very human-like sounding text.
How would you rate this text: [insert text]?
If the text is graded as a 5, you can ask for it to be rewritten as a straight 10:

Good. Now turn this text into 10.
If you're interested in learning more, I've also prepared a video lesson (watch here).
In this case, the LLM will try to rewrite the text and speak more humanly. By naming the numbers 1 to 10, you will get 10 different variations of the text, which will certainly allow you to choose the text you like best.
3/ Use Custom GPTs (AI Assistants)
I use the above prompts almost every day.
But AI assistants make it even easier to get 80% of the results with 20% of the work.
In the Custom GPTs store, you'll find a number of AI assistants that help you rewrite text to sound more human. They work very simply: just copy the text and ChatGPT will rewrite it in a more unique speech style that's closer to a human than a robot.
If you have the free version, you can try my assistant here.
Those with the paid version can not only try the assistant above, but also create their own assistant (and adjust the instructions to suit themselves). Full instructions for the AI Assistant with system prompts are available here: just copy and paste them into the Assistant you are creating.
Instructions for creating an AI assistant:
Explore GPTs -> Create -> Configure -> Instructions (copy our suggested system prompt). Customize the name and description of this assistant and create and use it.
P.S. You will get even more effective results if you combine the use of Custom GPT with the principles of prompt creation highlighted above.
Conclusion
In summary, today you learned three different methods to make AI-generated content sound more human: using specific requirements, leveraging prompting techniques, and using an AI assistant.
PART 2: HOW TO CRAFT AN IRRESISTIBLE VALUE PROPOSITION?
If you want to make more money, you have two options: sell to more people or sell at a higher price. Whichever way you choose, effective sales require a great value proposition.
From our personal experience, a great selling proposition does half the salesperson's job.
But how do you do it well and with ease, using the full power of AI?
The problem (value proposition today):
Hard work = the average team member spends 5 hours each week creating presentations (Rococo)
Difficult to articulate clearly = 48% of salespeople struggle to communicate the value of a specific product (Prezentor)
Tedious = Salespeople spend at least 1 hour a day on administrative tasks (Hubspot)
...So much time, and the result is often similar to this:
Question: What to do differently?
The Answer: Understand the necessary parts of the value proposition and implement them with all the benefits of AI.
That's why I want to introduce Alex Hormozi's value proposition formula to you, which will help you solve these problems. According to him, each value proposition must address four essential components:
@ Hormozi, Alex. $100M Offers: How To Make Offers So Good People Feel Stupid Saying No.
1/ Dream Outcome
Will you guide the buyer to their ideal outcome? What should that outcome be?
2/ Perceived Likelihood of Achievement
What is the likelihood that the desired outcome will be achieved by purchasing the product or service?
3/ Time Delay
How soon after the purchase will the customer experience the result?
4/ Effort & Sacrifice
How much effort will the customer need to put in to achieve the desired result? (Ideally, the customer should experience value with minimal additional effort.)
Yeah.
Lots of really important questions.
Not to mention the fact that you have to do a lot of preparation before answering them.
That's why I have created a value proposition template that you can use to boost your effectiveness.
Value Proposition System
The 4-step WHY AI Value Proposition System will guide you to create your own slides by the end. Access it at this link.
About the system:
The system is a library of complex prompts that will allow you to generate all the necessary parts of a value proposition according to the value proposition formula method. Using this system, you will not only get all the necessary textual content, but you will also generate attractive looking slides.
Note: If you want to see a specific request with a mini-description, remember to scroll to the line you want and click on the "Open" button.
What will you need to do to get a value offer?
Extract the text of the value proposition using ChatGPT (or another language model).
This will require you to copy our pre-prepared prompts and modify them (if necessary) or personalize them to your service/product.
As this tutorial is a bit more complicated, I encourage you to watch the video tutorial before starting.

Step #1: Ideal result.
The ideal result is what the customer feels and experiences when their dream comes true after buying your product. People will really appreciate your product or service if they believe it will help bridge the gap between their current reality and their aspirations.
People are always striving for these things: health, love, beauty, status, wealth, etc. Depending on the specific niche, the positioning of your product should also be adapted: what exactly will you help to do.
Let's imagine that I am selling a gym membership.
I could say: "Buy a gym membership for €20 a month."
However, this offer has absolutely no emotional basis to attract the consumer. Why would they buy my membership and not my competitors'?
The example of the ideal result therefore sounds like this: "With our programme, you will lose 10 kg in 6 weeks and be the fittest person in any room for just €20 a month."
Although this is only a crude example, it reflects a trend - we need to clearly communicate the benefits of our offer to the customer.
The prompt and rationale for this step can be found below (all you have to do is copy the prompt and adapt it if necessary):
Step #2: List the problems
Great, we have the ideal result our client is looking for. But we have a bottleneck: how can we make that dream come true?
This is where the importance of problems comes in.
Problems prevent the dream from coming true. They are today's shortcomings that prevent us from moving forward. Therefore, if we want to understand our customer clearly and make their dream come true, we need to understand their problem very clearly.
We have a task: to think of and list all the possible problems our customers face.
To keep this simple, we offer a "Problem List" prompt that will do this for you (just copy the Problem List prompt into the same correspondence).
Step #3: List of solutions.
Now let's turn problems into solutions. Be creative and don't think about how you will have to present these solutions in reality (at least for now).
Formulate the solution in a sentence starting with "How" and include a specific problem.
For instance:
Problem: "Buying healthy food is difficult, uninteresting and I don't like it."
Solution: "HOW to make buying healthy food easy, fun and something anyone can do."
Problem: "Artificial Intelligence brings a lot of security risks to my company."
Solution: "HOW to safely integrate AI into my company's operations?"
You can rephrase these questions manually or by using the Solution List prompt (just copy the Solution List prompt into the same correspondence).
The easiest ways to produce solutions are in different forms:
  1. Information guides (PDF format)
  1. 1-1 Consultations
  1. Group seminars
  1. Videos
  1. Templates
  1. Databases
This approach will not only provide you with a list of the most pressing problems for your customer, but also with an action plan that will help you solve these problems in a preventive way.
Once you have a broad list of solutions, choose the 3 solutions with the most value that would be easiest to implement and prioritize them.
Step #4: Visualizing the proposal.
Now let's visualize everything!
Join Gamma.app, the best AI slide creation tool.
In this step, ChatGPT has enough context to create the value proposition text. So first use the "Proposal visualization" query and copy the result into the Gamma tool.
Note: the query for proposal visualization consists of 2 parts, so don't forget to use both.
The final result should look like this:
Watch this video tutorial to understand the process step by step.
Conclusion
You learned what constitutes the foundation of a good value proposition and how to formulate it using AI tools. We covered the 4-step value proposition creation formula, including identifying the ideal outcome, listing problems and solutions, and the steps for visualizing the proposition.
PART 3: HOW TO SET UP AN AI ASSISTANT FOR EMAIL?
Have you ever thought that AI could actually do the work for you? Today, not in the distant future. If so, this lesson is for you.
The problem:
When we talk about implementing AI in companies, people often just mean "I use ChatGPT answers to complete tasks". In this case, ChatGPT only provides answers, but it does not work on its own and is not integrated with the software used in the organization.
What this means in practice:
Work is not autonomous;
You have to copy and paste the results;
It takes time to learn how to use.
...And many other problems caused by outdated and manual tools.
Solution:
But we have a suggestion for you - automation systems (bots). These bots:
Run autonomously and without your involvement;
Integrates with all the platforms you use;
You can use templates you have already created, so you get results without much effort.
That's why we're focusing on AI automation systems within the WHY AI Partner System. Today, we'll be integrating one of these systems into our own.
Automation 101:
In this guide and in the Partner System we use Make.com solutions. Make is like the glue that binds together different applications (email, Excel, CRM systems, social networks and your internal systems and much more) and allows you to automate processes. You don't need to know how to program to use these systems, so anyone can benefit from the technology.
There are many no-code automation platforms (Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n), but they all work on a similar "trigger-action" principle. For example, when an email is received (trigger), its content is automatically scanned and saved in Excel (action). There can be thousands of such small actions.
The most important thing is that we can integrate the same ChatGPT and it will do the work for us automatically (we don't have to take care of the prompts).
How do we create an AI assistant that will answer emails for us?
If you want to integrate the AI assistant into your mailbox, you will need to create an AI assistant and integrate it into your mailbox using the Make platform. This requires a few extra steps if you have never used a similar platform before. However, once done, the work will be very easy in the future.
As this lesson is more advanced - I have prepared 2 detailed video lessons.
Step #1: Join the OpenAI Playground
ChatGPT is a consumer application. Therefore, if we want to integrate the technology into our workflows, we need to use APIs. In simple terms, APIs are a software intermediary that allows two applications to communicate with each other. If we want to integrate AI into our work processes, we need to have at least a minimum knowledge of APIs (for this we have prepared a separate course in the WHY AI Partner System).
OpenAI makes it very easy to access AI solutions using their AI Assistants feature. These are the same Custom GPTs available in the ChatGPT app, but accessible programmatically.
All you need to do:
Go to platform.openai.com and sign up with a ChatGPT account;
Top up your account with at least $5 (API access is paid, but depending on usage this may be enough for 6-12 months);
Create an AI assistant by copying the prompt below:

# Role
You're monitoring my personal inbox that receives various emails. Your task is to digest the email, and produce a high quality, customized response in return.
# Requirements
  1. Make sure the responses are spartan in nature and don't use any frilly language.
  1. Include only answer and not a subject title.
  1. In your output don't add the message source.
  1. Sign up with my name - [Insert your name].
Watch this video lesson to understand the process step by step.
Step #2: Integrate an email assistant with Make
If you don't already have one, create a Make account (the free version is enough to try it out).
Follow the instructions to install the solution:
  1. Download the blueprint to your computer, which can be found here;
  1. Click on the "Create a new Scenario" box using the Make.
  1. Import our Blueprint. To do this, click on the three buttons at the bottom of the screen and select "Import Blueprint";
  1. Upload the template. Once uploaded, you should see the following image:
  1. Connect your mailbox* and your OpenAI account. To do this, all you need to do is enter your login details.
*When connecting your mail account, we recommend using a professional email address rather than a personal one (which ends in @gmail.com). Authentication is simpler with professional email. If you decide to use a personal email address, you will need to follow additional steps (press here for video instructions).
Watch this video tutorial to understand the process step by step.
Conclusion
You learned what process automation is and how to create your own AI assistant. We learned how to integrate it into your inbox using the Make platform.
